Darlene is the best there is around!

Being a recently single gal moving from the “country” (Winder) to the “big city” (Roswell) for a new job in Buckhead ... searching for what I thought would be the impossible dream, Darlene used what can only be described as magic to accomplish what she did. If it wasn’t for her patience, belief in me & perseverance, I would not be able to write this review for her. She deserves every accolade imaginable for being not only a fantastic realtor but also a friend.

I absolutely LOVED working with Darleen in the sale of our house! We had so many disappointments because Dryvit siding is not ideal. She was by my side every step of the way, researching options and offering valid suggestions for contract work. She fought for our asking price after we spent thousands of dollars making upgrades and repairs and she got it. Selling this house is the most stressful thing I've ever done and I would have never made it without her guidance and support. I'd highly recommend Darleen to anyone!

I highly recommend Darleen. She knows the Atlanta market very well and she proactively researches the nuances of the area that a home buyer may be interested in, in order to allow the buyer to make a truly informed purchase decision. When the day comes to sell my property she will most certainly be my listing agent, and will most certainly be my buyer’s agent when I make my next purchase.
