Darlene Bowlin

Darlene is a Powhatan native, born and raised in the local area. She grew up on a third-generation dairy farm which is still in the family and operating as a beef cattle farm, and she loves spending time outdoors with her horses, friends, and family.

Darlene is a licensed Realtor and have been a 20-year distinguisher achiever. She specializes in representing her clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, land, commercial and income property within Powhatan and surrounding counties. She is a full-time real estate professional and truly loves her job and pride herself on knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
