Darlene Jamroz grew up in Orange County and has a broad work experience in the real estate industry.
Darlene's career began as an escrow officer, credentialed from Western Mutual Escrow.
From escrow moving to Safeco Title Insurance where she learned subdivision and title.
Soon Darlene was hired by a developer to become his project manager, property manager, office manager and construction finance supervisor. Quickly she learned all facets of the building industry from submission for the Department of Real Estate for Homeowners Associations, calculations for plans, budgets for residential, condominium and multi-family residences including motels. Her work with Pierco Development ended after eleven years when the owner retired. During that time she obtained her real estate license. Following construction with a great understanding of finance, Darlene entered the mortgage industry. Her position began as an assistant to the owner and soon developed to office management, training loan officers to do backup lending for major builders on a national level. Her knowledge in the industry is Conventional, Jumbo, FHA/VA, Construction and Commercial Finance. Darlene's many years in finance was retail and wholesale lending working for a mortgage banker and banks. For a period of eight years, Darlene did property management for 87 stores, negotiated leases/renewals for a retail jewelry company that was twelfth in the nation. Her skills and understanding for commercial leases grew. She negotiated, maintained and managed all store locations as well as purchasing residential and commercial properties. Her construction background allowed her to manage the tenant improvements, build outs and remodels of stores. Her work experience and knowledge in finance, title, escrow and the building industry over the years gives Darlene a tremendous advantage of understanding of all components of a real estate transaction.
Darlene's passion is for non-profits that work with seniors, children and military.
Darlene has her SRES(Senior Real Estate Specialist), MVHC(Military and Veterans Housing Certification) and belongs to the Institute for Luxury Home Market.
Darlene works in Orange County and North San Diego County.
