I highly recommend Darlene for all your real estate needs. We called many agents when we were first started looking. She was incredibly professional and quick to get us into all the homes we wanted to see. She helped us to negotiate a very good deal. If we had questions afterwards she was always there. We also hired Darlene to sell a home, after seeing how hard she worked for us in purchasing it was an easy decision. She worked everyday for us and always answered the phone which was very important. The other thing was she never had someone else fill in for her because she was too busy. She sold our home in record time and for more than we were expecting. Truly a great job. If you are searching for a new agent, look no further.

She knows the Marco Island, Naples area better than most. She specializes in Top Billed Properties. Professional, knowledgeable, respectful, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. Darlene listens to what your needs are, then respectfully tells you whats realistic. She knows her stuff. She put together a beautiful presentation of my home, including Photo mailers, and web advertising. She also reached out to her long list of previous clients. Priced right and advertised perfectly. My home sold in less than a month. Ill close in saying that Darlene is not afraid to go to bat for you, and certainly more than willing to work hard for her commission.
