Holy crackerjack! This woman knows her stuff. Darlene has been doing this a long time. We've been with her roughly 10 years. She has a few get togethers with her clients each year and she knows them by name. She really gets to know you at your first couple meetings to truly understand what you want and help you see what's actually important to you and what you can live without. She's not pushy and she works with you as a team. Once we knew what we wanted, she turned on her super powers and it was ours. Darlene makes many connections in the community that help too. She works hard but makes it look effortless. From our family to you, thank you for all you've done for us!

This market was challenging. Darlene helped us find our way through and gave us
peace of mind every step of the way. She was present for the showings, the
inspections, and the closing. She was extremely responsive and answered all of our
questions. She was also a great liaison with the Title and Mortgage companies.

We did our Research, & selected Darlene. Upon meeting with her, we were immediately impressed and decided to look no further. She brought in, a stager, a carpet guy, and a professional photographer. We went North (Wedding & family visits) for 3 weeks. Darlene sold our house in 11 days, then handled inspections & all required repairs by license contractors, (including removal of 80 gal oil drum in the attic).We Esigned all but our closing paperwork, while we were traveling. She went above & beyond what was expected. She was told how much we would like to walk away with ($$), and she got us that and more. I could not imagine finding a more professional Realtor than Darlene Sheets.

Darlene Sheets helped us purchased our home in Florida in 2022, in the midst of hot housing market. We were out of state clients, which made that very hard to purchase homes during the house bidding era, as you may called it, especially in the state of Florida. Darlene had made our purchasing a lot easier than we had anticipated because of her expertise in the market and her professionalism. Finding a place to call "home" is always so difficult and time consuming. It could take years!
It would even be harder when we were not in the same city and especially state; it was 1000 miles away, to be exact. But Darlene made that happened for us
We are from Virginia and wanted to have a second home in Florida.
With the real estate market so booming in Florida since the pandemic started, all new listings were gone so quickly.
But with our motivation and Darlene's expertise and dedication, we really beat it!
Every time we found a good house, Darlene quickly gathered all necessary information for us.
Darlene was always on action and so responsive.

Darlene helped us buy a new home and sell our old home. She is sharp, intelligent, and responsive. She was able to provide guidance on both fronts when selling and buying. When looking for a new home, she proactively suggested questions she could ask the sellers to help us get a better understanding of the home’s value. She was always available to show us homes, even at last minute if needed. It was clear to me that she knows her subject matter, and her guidance gave me more confidence in buying and selling. With selling our old home, Darlene had us under contract in 1 day!!! Darlene explained that she planned heavy advertising and her expectations were that we would be under contract within 10 days. I was cautiously optimistic but didn’t want to get my hopes up. Then she called at the end of day 1 with multiple offers. I highly recommend Darlene and would absolutely work with her again.

It was a pleasure working with Darlene selling my dad’s home. She had some good suggestions on a few cosmetic improvements to the house that would positively impact it’s value to buyers. She was knowledgeable of the Seminole area real estate and was able to recommend a price that would generate interest in and get the most for the house. Darlene had to work a bit harder on this property since she has to sell the house three times due to the first two buyers backing out but she was always professional and positive.
