Darlene, I want to thank you for all the hard work and effort that you put into finding a property for myself and Mary. You went above and beyond with all your suggestions and actions in helping put us in the best position possible. I have not worked with anyone in the real estate industry that was so diligent and forward thinking in to assist us in our search. Your responsiveness and attention to details are amazing. I will be recommending you to my family and friends that need realtor services.

After careful consideration, my fiancé and I picked Darlene to be our realtor for the sale of our condo and to purchase a new house. Two months later, we have our condo sold, we are the owners of a new house and I don't think we could have made a better choice.
She constantly went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable when other people were in our house. She was always there when we couldn't be and always followed our requests. she made sure the upstairs closet stayed closed, but the downstairs closets were always slightly open (our cats hide in there), she made sure both bathroom doors were left open (so our older cat couldn't "corner" our younger one in the bathroom), and she made sure all surfaces that were touched got a wipe down with disinfectant (keeping the Rona' away).
When it came to purchasing, she kept our "must haves" in mind (one of which was a room large enough for a pool table which needs to be about 20x15). She even brought a tape measure to each house and helped me measure, lol. She also was quick to point out any "concerns". Things that most people wouldn't take into consideration (unless they were an insurance company or general contractor). There was one particular instance where her thoroughness potentially saved us from walking into a deep can of worms.
If you're in the market for a realtor, I can't imagine a better choice (and my fiancé’s picky, lol).
