The realtor services provided by Darline Bridges of Porter House International services met and exceeded my families expectations. Darline was our realtor for both the sale and purchase of another home. From the onset to close Darline was professional and knowledgeable. At Porter House International they put an added emphasis on the personal touch side of the business which is much appreciated as home buying and selling can be a stressful process. We went with Porter House International by a recommendation through my husbands coworker that had just sold his home with them. We spoke to Susan Webster that informed us of the whole process and sat down with us and answered every question. We decided to proceed and met Darline Bridges soon after. We than navigated selling our home but also buying as well. Through the very beginning and now towards the end of closing on our home and closing on a new one she remained super professional. Answered literally every text, every question any given time of the day, had an answer for everything. She provided so much advice, input and insight that i feel like i came out understanding so much. We have been through this process of buying but the agent never came anywhere near what Darline has provided. Not only was she an amazing agent, i feel like i can call her a friend. Conversations went beyond just selling or buying of our home and showed she truly cared for us. Not only do we walk away with a brand new home, but a wonderful new friendship. I recommend anyone wanting a more deeper experience and understanding to use Porter House International because you will not be disappointed.
