Darnell Houston

A Houstonian since 1998, Darnell Houston certainly knows the market he serves whether it is assisting first-time homebuyers or more seasoned buyers and sellers and working in areas throughout our city.

“I strive to do the best for my clients, and I bring a relaxed, fun and positive attitude to every job,” says Darnell. “I want every transaction to go smoothly, and I do whatever is necessary to make this happen. My parents taught me the importance of ‘your word,’ and I still take that to heart every day.”

Prior to his career in real estate, Darnell worked in accounting, which requires a great deal of attention to detail and complete confidentiality and compliance. He gives that same attention to detail to his real estate clients.

Darnell is a graduate of Southern University A&M College and a member of the Southern University Alumni Federation and takes great pride in “meeting future and current students and helping guide them during their time at Southern University.” Married for over 12 years, Darnell enjoys spending time with his wife, Catinna and their golden doodle, Lady.
