It has been SUCH a pleasure to work with Darrell, not only once, but twice (so far). Darrell really came through for us and found us our perfect first home in a market where the struggle was REAL. He was such a delight and so patient and kind. We knew we had to use his services again upon selling my father in law's condo, and it sold almost immediately. I have experience in the real estate industry so I’m familiar with the process of buying and selling a house. Since I don’t have a real estate license in GA I wanted an experienced professional agent to represent us during the sale. I interviewed several agents and Darrell was by far the best option for us. Our first meeting, he came prepared with real estate market facts and a marketing plan. He’s knowledgeable about the real estate market in our area. He did a fantastic job marketing our house. He communicated and was easily accessible during the escrow period and his negotiation tactics were very sound. All these factors made the sale of our house quick and easy. We would not hesitate to work with Darrell again and we highly recommend him.

My husband and I were under a time crunch to sell our house and buy a new one in the same area; we started working with Darrell Clarke, who we've used in the past. We had no doubt that he would be able to help us meet our goals, and then CoVID hit, which created some doubt, not in Darrell, but in whether the market would hold out, whether we would have a buyer, whether we could get financing set up. Despite the uncertainty of the market, our process was smooth. We located the perfect home to buy, and Darrell negotiated our purchase with a contingency of our own sell. Not only did we sell our house, but we had an offer within a few days of listing! No doubt, our house showed well and stood out among competitors because of Darrell's expertise in preparing in it. As well, he held an open house while we were out of town, and in true Darrell fashion went above and beyond even then, vacuuming the intake duct cover that we forgot about. He also connected us with a great loan officer to help work out our financing, as we had some challenges to work around, and CoVID had the interest rates fluctuating. Our loan officer helped us get locked in at the right time. In the end, we sold, we bought, and the process was smooth, even in turbulent times. Darrell's attention to detail, expertise, and most importantly, his genuine care for the people he works with are unparalleled. I can not say enough good things about Darrell. He had already done his research regarding my area before we met for the first time. Whenever I called with a question, he always had an immediate answer, or found out the answer and within a short time, I would hear back from him. If I started to get frustrated, he would calm my fears. Whenever we had to negotiate with the buyer, he would always advise me as to what he thought was fair to both parties, and he was always right. This is the 5th time we have used Darrell Clarke over the past 15 years. The best adjective to describe him is nothing shy of Phenomenal! We have successfully sold 2 houses through him, purchased a home through him, rented a home through him and in turn rented out a home we owned through him (not once but twice). Our most recent experience was the sale of our home which had been rented out for the past 6 years, he guided us on every step and decision on what made the most sense for our circumstances (we lived out of state). He checked on the house daily, addressed any concerns or questions we had very quickly and we had not 1, but 2 strong offers in less than 60 days with a 3 week close. Darrell assisted my wife and myself in selling our first home in May of 2018. He made us feel comfortable right away with his knowledge and advice as we prepared to list our home. Before we even finished our to-do list, we received a full asking price, cash offer as a result of his marketing to other agents prior to listing. Darrell is an excellent real estate agent! If I could give 10 stars I would. He has helped us buy and sell many homes throughout the years. He has always maintained the utmost integrity. He has incredible up to date knowledge of the current real estate market. Our most recent experience exceeded our expectations as usual. We decided to sell our house this past August and Darrell was very quick on getting amazing photos taken and listing our home. We had multiple offers within two days. He helped us weigh out multiple offers and decide which was truly best for our situation. Darrell is, simply put, "amazing".

We got to meet Darrell as teenagers when my parents bought a house with his help. Since then, we have grown up and purchased 2 homes and also sold 1 home using his expertise. The selling process with Darrell was excellent. He gave us amazing feedback on how to make our home more appealing to buyers, he took amazing pictures, and priced it just right. Visits started the day we listed and we had an offer on our home within 5 days of listing.

Darrell was also with us every inch of the way when purchasing our homes. He is knowledgable and even always carries little snacks (i.e.: CHOCOLATE!) with him ;)

His network is priceless and he always has impeccable referrals when dealing with anything that has to do with purchasing or selling a home (loan process, inspectors, contractors, etc.).

There is no one I would recommend more than Darrell when going through the home buying or selling process.
