Darrell Wills is a Graduate of The Florida State University (FSU) where he received his Business Degree in Marketing. As a Track & Field Athlete and school record holder in the High Jump Darrell began to hone his marketing and negotiating skills by representing himself as he pursued a professional career in track and field and trained for the Olympics.
After his Track & Field career at FSU, Darrell pursued a career as a professional sports agent where he spent four (4) years representing himself while pursuing his Olympic dream and ten (10) years at the two largest sports agencies in the world representing some of the top athletes in the NFL. This is where his negotiating skills were sharpened and he became a Classically Trained Negotiator. His sports agent experience has prepared and trained him to think outside the box, hear what’s not being said verbally and become creative in crafting deals for his clients.
With over fourteen (14) years of Real Estate experience and thirty (30) years of negotiating experience in assisting hundreds of clients sell and purchase tens of millions of dollars of residential, commercial and investment properties you can count on nothing less than expert knowledge of the market and a superior negotiated contract. He is known for his patience, creativity and tireless effort to ensure his clients achieve their desired outcome. His Motto is there is no such thing as dead deal! It’s only a deal that requires innovation where all sides are elated at the conclusion.
