Darren did a great job getting my house ready to be listed. The renters did a horrible job at keeping the place nice, so he was able to get the right people in there to fix it up. When it came to negotiating he knew what I wanted and got it done. It seemed like the house wasn't on the market very long.

Working with Darren is a dream. All of the difficult and scary steps of buying and selling a home (of which there are many) are mitigated by Darren’s competence and calming demeanor. I cannot count the amount of times he put things into perspective for me. He also handled everything. I knew what I needed to do, where I needed to be, and what to expect at all times. We bought a beautiful property in the right market 3 years ago with his guidance. We sold our home yesterday for twice what we paid. We were so fortunate to have found Darren Block when we started looking for our home. We were first home buyers with little knowledge about how to find the right place. As our realtor Darren has been there every step of the way. His professionalism, knowledge, honestly, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt like he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me make the best decision. Every time we viewed a property Darren would inspect of his own accord, looking for problems and commenting on the quality of construction, etc. When we saw our listing we were blown away. In the end his hard work and knowledge really payed off, we found the property that is perfect for us and are still obsessed with it. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. Darren was very focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was closing a deal.
