We were lucky that Darren called when we were just starting the home buying process. We flew from Texas to Colorado Springs in Sept and had 4 days to look at homes. Darren put us front and center and spent the entire time helping us narrow down neighborhoods, builders and floorplans. He listened to our wants/needs, educated us on Colorado Springs (way different considerations than San Antonio) and ultimately helped us decide on the perfect neighborhood, lot, builder and home. Darren went with us to pick the lot, provided an independent assessment w/ pros/cons and was our "voice of reason" throughout the process. He also met w/ us at every important meeting w/ the builder as it had been 20+ years since we last built a home. In short, we feel extremely lucky to have connected with Darren. He's a fantastic realtor, great guy and someone who's become a friend. You will not regret hiring Darren as your realtor.
