I has been in the real estate business for 14 years and has been with my current company, All Real Estate Consultants, Inc., for 4 years. I specializes in home buyers, first time home buyers, and new construction.

I have lived in Douglasville/Douglas County since 2001. I makes it a priority to stay up to date on local trend reports. Any questions or concerns you may have about the area, I will answer or find out the answer!

Some of my awards and accomplishments include: Million Dollar Production award from Platinum Real Estate, and I have completed a professional property management course.

Prior to real estate, I was a mortgage broker for 25 years. I worked in every aspect of the mortgage industry; I was a processor, underwriter, loan officer, VP/Branch manager and owner of his own mortgage company. My past experiences help me to make his client transactions go smoothly and I can identify any mistakes that the loan officer's make. Also, I is able to pre qualify the client upfront based on the answers they give me from the questions that I asks.

In addition to real estate, I was involved in my community where I live,.I was a HOA president for my sub-division - Augusta Woods and was a past member with Douglas County Chamber.

All honesty provided by me on this review. I have been searching for a home for almost a year in this market. My career didn't allow me to like a house and immediately go view it, but Darren was willing and able to go to propertys and take pictures and video of it, and also tell me information about it that was not on the listing. I am completely privileged to meet an agent like Darren who has the knowledge of this game. Because it is a game, but who wants to lose. I did not lose picking my house through All Real Estate Consultants. First time home buyer, with enough research tools, but the information that I really needed was given by him. I can't explain it, because every house will be different, but he seeks and finds where you can't as a buyer. When I was dealing with other agents it felt like I can get a house, but its not gonna be my house, do you understand. Im where I want to be, because of this guy. Trust is hard nowdays, money doesn't stretch like it use to, but honesty will always get you far.

I am a senior citizen. Mr. Darren Davis responded to my online inquiry about a home in Douglasville, GA. I immediately knew that I was dealing with a professional realtor with credibility Besides being courteous and friendly, he really listened to me to find out what were my housing criteria in order to serve me better. I wanted to relocate to Georgia from Arizona. I have never lived in Georgia and do not have any family living there. I relied on Mr. Davis to view the properties and give me his honest assessments. I never felt pressured or put off when I did not find what I was looking for in Douglasville. Instead I saw a house online in Columbus, GA. that I thought would be perfect for me. Mr. Davis drove two hours out of town to view the house for me. He help me navigate the process of securing this home long distance. He went the extra mile sending me links to arrange for my utilities to be connected. He kept me feeling positive thus eliminating my stress. I can not say enough about this caring individual. I feel blessed to have met him.
