Darren Phillis

Darren has lived in the Upstate selling Real Estate for over 25 years. After graduating from college, he worked in the banking industry and then as a sales representative in Northeast Ohio. Darren and his wife Kim moved to the Upstate where they built their home and have enjoyed becoming part of the lake family. They have two children. Conner, a recent Graduate of Clemson University and Lydia, a Sophomore at Georgia Southern University. Darren's banking and sales background have made him a perfect fit for home buyers and investors from the Metro Atlanta Area and across the U.S.
