Darren is a 30 plus year building and real estate industry veteran growing up locally in West Norriton, Montgomery County, PA. Darren's father was a master electrician who introduced his son to the building industry, its structures and fundamental mechanics. From there Darren's interest in real estate began and grew.
Before graduation, Darren received both practical and formal training in carpentry. He applied all of his knowledge and skills in his early adulthood building homes while learning all aspects of land development and construction.
In the early 1990's Darren launched his commercial real estate career and was a partner in a commercial real estate company that was successful and remains in business today.
Darren has earned the professional designation CCIM which is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. The designation is awarded by the CCIM Institute. His successful experiences with land acquisition, land development, sales, leasing and property management make Darren one of the most well respected, well balanced real estate professionals available to clients. Darren's success in real estate can be attributed to his integrity, diverse local market knowledge, diligent work ethic, progressive thinking, problem solving and exceptional customer service for his clients.
Darren enjoys golfing, traveling, riding motorcycles and he also volunteer at his church and helps to develop networking groups.
