Hi, I'm Darren Schneider, and I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes for over 25 years—which means I’ve survived multiple market cycles, a few fashion trends, and even the rise and fall of MySpace. So yes, I’ve been around the real estate block a few times.
I'm a proud San Diego native, which means I know this city like the back of my rusty skateboard - or at least like the back of my Waze app. I earned my business degree from UC Riverside, then dove headfirst into the real estate industry, where I’ve been a consistent top producer, most recently with Coldwell Banker West since joining in 2019. I also serve as the Director of New Agent Education, helping fresh agents navigate their own careers as there is a lot to know and a lot more to learn along the way.
Certified in both Relocation and Probate & Trust Sales, I’ve got the tools to help you navigate life’s big transitions—whether you’re moving neighborhoods, across the country, downsizing, or dealing with a complex estate sale. With me, there’s no stress, just expert guidance.
On a personal note, I’m married with two amazing kids who keep me on my toes and occasionally prank me better than I prank them. When I’m not on the phone, managing multiple texts strings or running meetings, you’ll find me traveling around the U.S. & beyond, hunting for my next tasty meal, or entertaining a crowd of friends.
