About Darron

Behind every successful man there is a great inspiring woman. Darron and Vicky have been married for 28 years, have 4 beautiful children and live in Salisbury, MD. They have always enjoyed working with people and helping them obtain their goals. Darron was born on the island of Barbados and moved to the U.S. with his mother when he was 7 years old. After graduating from Wicomico Senior High School, Darron became a Maryland State Trooper and retired after 22 years of Service. Vicky was born in Princess Anne, MD and graduated from Washington High School. Having a passion for working with kids, she started her own daycare out of their home. Within a couple of years they became foster-parents and had 16 children come through their home on short-term care. Darron and Vicky are very family oriented and are fully involved in all 4 of their children's activities. Their family regularly attends Emmanuel Wesleyan Church in Salisbury, MD. After Darron retired from law enforcement, they embarked on a new venture and established Whitehead Real Estate Executives. Darron and his team have risen to a new level of commitment in helping people in Maryland and Delaware with their Real Estate needs. Darron was recently ranked in the top 10 for Customer Satisfaction in the State of Maryland by the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals.
