Daryn is a very attentive realtor. He was always checking to see what needs to be done with the deal. Not only that he was always checking in on a personal level. During the process I was constantly on the road for work and he made it a point to treat my deal like if it was his own. I can’t say how much I appreciate everything he did for me and I think 5 stars is not high enough.

I’ve known Daryn for years. He would give the shirt off of his back to help a stranger. I remember when he signed up to sell time shares in Az, but left that job. I asked him why and he said because the business practices there weren’t deemed to be as honorable as he wanted to be. Daryn will be honest and upfront with you. He’s diligent about his work. When he was a bartender and we were younger, he was the most knowledgeable bartender I’d ever met. When he was running catering for a bit, he was the most knowledgeable person on said industry. This is no different. If you want someone that is honorable and knowledgeable use Daryn Peabody!

I used Daryn for the purchase of my home and hands down he is the best person to work with. He recommended things to look for during the inspection process I likely would have forgotten, and without his assistance I might have been stuck with a costly repair on the first house I looked at.
