About Dasean
Dasean is a Senior Associate at Regal Properties specializing in income property investments. Having worked more than five years in the financial advising industry, Dasean understands how to build sustainable wealth and income through real estate investment. As a successful real estate investor in multi-family properties, holding a securities license in Series 7, 63 and 65, Dasean has the knowledge, skills, and experience to help buyers and sellers plan and execute investment strategies to achieve financial freedom.
Born and raised in San Diego, Desean won the 400-meter track event in the National High School Championships. He received a full-ride scholarship from the University of Southern California, where he graduated as a Track and Field All American in 2008, with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
Dasean is the founder and director of the successful San Diego networking event, Tasteful Tuesdays. He also serves as a member of the San Diego Holiday Bowl Committee, which coordinates the production of San Diego’s largest annual festival of events, including the annual Holiday and Poinsettia Bowls.
