I reached out to Dassi after listing my home with a previous realtor who wasn't able to get my home sold within 90 days. Dassi is as advertised! She came into my home, immediately suggested some minor improvements that were needed to make the listing stand out, and her photographer took the most amazing pictures I've ever seen. Once my house was listed, Dassi managed to land me an offer that was above the list price, all within 2 weeks of listing. She was on top of everything throughout the process, kept me updated on the progress and communicated any issues along the way, so that I could do my part to get the issues corrected asap. With her guidance and expertise I confidently closed on my home today. I only wish that I would have found her sooner!
