Dat is an excellent Realtor. The highest form of professional compliment is a referral. Dat was referred to me and I have referred him to friends and family. As a first time homebuyer, he guided my wife and I throughout the whole home buying process. He was informative, responsive, and positive, everything you would want in a Realtor when purchasing the most expensive asset in your life. Do yourself a favor, and choose him as your Realtor. I certainly will be using him again in future real estate transactions.

Dat is VERY VERY good agent !!! I cannot say enough good things about him. I have not been in the best of health and could not get back to Philadelphia to deal with selling this property, Dat took care of everything, the outside of the property needed work and he took care of having the problem fixed. He inspected the property and gathered family pictures I left behind and sent them to me. He helped me with phone numbers and contact information for the City of Philadelphia. During COVID trying to getting hold of anyone from the City was horrendous ...He walked me thru the whole process and it was painless or virtual painless since I was selling my family home and he was sensitive to my feelings, He is not only a good agent..he is a very good man Sincerely Donna
