About Dave
Dave began his real estate career, with Century 21, over 34 years ago following his graduation from the University of Michigan with a degree in Business Administration where he majored in Finance and Marketing.
Century 21 International has honored Dave and his team with the # 1 award for sales units in the USA in 2015 and 2016 and # 1 in the WORLD in 2014, an accomplishment that gained him notoriety in dozens of industry and consumer publications.
As an individual producer, Dave grew his business methodically, and organically. By year two, he began collecting sales awards, earned a total of 16 Centurion Awards, 1 Double Centurion Award and 1 Grand Centurion Award. Dave was recognized 3 times as the # 1 individual agent in the Great Lakes Region.
Then, in 2000, Dave began expanding his business footprint by adding sales and service staffing and ultimately, created a highly productive and profitable TEAM recognized multiple times among the Top 10 in the USA.
Since 2000, Dave and his remarkable group have been recognized as the # 1 team in the Great Lakes Region EVERY YEAR, accumulating 2 Team Centurions Awards, 4 Team Double Centurions Awards, and in 2020, their 11th team GRAND Centurion Awards, not to mention the Overall # 1 TOP COMPANY Award for 20 consecutive years.
Determined to give back to his industry, Dave served on the Dearborn Area Board of Realtors as Director for three years, and then was elected President in 1997, after which he was honored as Realtor of the Year.
As of January 1st 2024 with total career sales approaching 6,600 sales and over $1 billion dollars in volume, Dave and his team’s consistent level of superior production has earned them the distinguished honor of ranking as members of the CENTURION and CENTURION TEAM Honor Societies and Induction into Century 21 International’s Masters Hall of Fame.
