Dave Bridges

David A. Bridges holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Colorado State University School of Business, Finance and Real Estate Department. Dave entered the field of commercial real estate brokerage in 1980. Before forming Landmark Real Estate Group in 2001, He was a Principal and owner in Follman Properties-Oncor International, a large full service Corporate Real Estate Firm based in St. Louis. There, Dave held the title of Senior Vice President from 1993 through 2000.

Dave was named “Big Sender” of the Year by Oncor International in 1998. He received the 2003 SIOR award for “Largest Cooperative Real Estate Transaction”.

Representative clients include: GMAC, State Farm Insurances, Penske Truck Leasing, Travelers Insurance, Drury Development Corp, Monsanto Enviro Chem, Primerica, Ralston Purina, MedAssets HSCA, CPC Logistics, and The National System.

Dave is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the States of Missouri and Illinois, and a member of the Missouri and Illinois Real Estate Board. He is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and past President of the St. Louis Chapter.
