Dave has been in the Real Estate industry since 1981, as a Lender, Realtor, and Real Estate Broker. He helped start 3 franchises for Keller Williams Realty in Corona, Riverside, and Moreno Valley, California. He was the Broker of Record for over five hundred agents. During the past 15 years, he has helped develop a Real Estate Team (The Clark Team) that has achieved Top 10 Status in the Inland Empire. During this time, The Clark Team has been involved in Standard, Short Sale, REO, and HUD sales.
