About Dave

Broker Dave Csira has been on a mission to provide an extraordinary, boutique real estate service since 2005. Back then, after a 20-year career as the co-founder and COO of a $2.5 billion tech company with 15,000 employees, Dave wanted to spend less time in airplanes and hotels, and more time with his family. His wife, who was an agent at the time, urged him to get his license, and the rest is history.

Although Dave has closed more than 400 complex transactions since then, real estate has never been just about the numbers for him. Once he understands where his clients are coming from, Dave puts his heart and soul into delivering what they want and need. He understands that buying or selling a house is a milestone event, and he steadily applies his local knowledge and industry expertise to achieve successful outcomes. Dave’s clients also benefit from the analytical approach he honed during his former career — when results were measured by key performance indicators and staying relevant required continuous improvement.

Dave has an unyielding drive toward excellence. He has earned the GRI designation from the National Association of Realtors®, which gives him advanced training in technology and sales, as well as regulatory and legal issues. He’s also a Director of the Laguna Board of Realtors®, served as President in 2019, and spent several years on the Professional Standards Committee.

Dave is also deeply inspired by South Orange County. When the New Jersey-native transferred to USC in the late 1970s, he fell in love at first sight, and he’s excited for every client to experience all it has to offer — from its unparalleled natural beauty to its bustling economy. His love of the community extends into his outreach efforts, which include nine years on the board of the Laguna Canyon Foundation. When not working, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and six children. He’s an avid cross fitter and unwinds by reading, woodworking, sailing, and hiking.
