About Dave

Since 1995, I've had the privilege of being part of the Philadelphia Region, serving as a full-time Realtor for clients across Philadelphia and its surrounding counties. It’s more than just a profession; it’s about guiding people through significant life decisions with care and expertise.
The journey has been incredibly rewarding. Being inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame & receiving the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award weren't just personal milestones; they were affirmations of the trust my clients have placed in me over the years. This dedication naturally led to the establishment of RE/MAX Legacy, a place where we continue to prioritize people above all else.
Beyond the world of real estate, you might find me on the golf course, always up for a friendly round. For years, I also had the honor of coaching young men on the basketball court at Plumstead Christian School, a role that taught me the value of teamwork and mentorship. And when the Eagles, Phillies, Sixers, or Flyers are playing, you can bet I’m tuned in – a true Philly sports fan through & through! Above all, my faith guides me in everything I do.
My most cherished role, however, is that of a father to 3 wonderful children and a husband to my amazing wife since 1989. Our life together, rooted in our faith in God and our community at Keystone Fellowship Church, has taught me the importance of strong foundations and lasting relationships – principles I bring to my work with every client.
Over the years, I’ve come to believe that in business and in life, "a good name is better than riches, to be esteemed better than silver or gold" Proverbs 22:1. This isn't just a saying to me; it's the cornerstone of how I operate. My focus is always on building trust, acting with integrity, and ensuring my clients feel valued and well-served.
