Dave Doran is an award-winning, full-time licensed realtor and broker in the Minneapolis and St. Paul markets and is a member of the Chad Schwendeman Real Estate Group, one of the Top 50 ranked teams in the country. Working consistently in the area and its many surrounding communities since 2003, Dave has in-depth knowledge of the Twin Cities and insight into the local market. Dave's initial foray into real estate was through the mortgage industry, which he started in 2002. One year later, he progressed full time into real estate and hasn't looked back since! That said, many of the essential skills he learned during his time as a mortgage professional— excellent communication, great organizational skills, analytical risk assessment, research skills, and more—have formed the foundation for his prosperous real estate career.

Numerous accolades and distinguishments adorn Dave's resume. He has won the EXIT Realty Corporation International Bronze Award eight times and followed that with the Silver Award in 2019 and 2020. Dave is ranked in the Top 100 (#35) for the company out of 25,000 Realtors in the USA and Canada and is one of Minnesota's Top 100 Most Influential Realtors (out of a pool of 20,000 licensed realtors in Minnesota!).

Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and their two kids, mountain biking, running, traveling with his family, scuba diving, downhill skiing, playing piano & guitar and more.
