Dave Douglas

As a fourth-generation Seattleite with more than 25 years of experience in the local real estate industry, Dave Douglas is familiar with the variety of neighborhoods in the metropolitan area and the surrounding communities. He has listed and sold properties from Camano Island to North Bend to Enumclaw--including condominiums, townhouses, vacant land, and a houseboat--and is willing to travel anywhere to help his clients.

Before earning his real estate license, Dave worked in the industry for more than a decade as an inspector, valuating and inspecting properties for title companies and banks. He is a graduate of the University of Washington, with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

In addition to getting the best results for his clients, Dave has worked with senior resource groups, assisting retirees who are considering downsizing, and is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Dave also has received numerous awards for his achievements in the real estate industry and is an avid Husky and Seahawk fan, and roots for the Mariners.
