About Dave

A more than two and a half decade Floridian and veteran in the real estate industry, Dave Gervase brings years of experience in not only real estate sales and marketing to the table but also years of coaching and development of other real estate professionals.

Helping others find their right role and success has been very rewarding and Dave missed the daily business of real estate. Helping clients achieve their goal of selling their home in the fastest time possible at the best possible price or helping someone find their dream home is really what he is about. It's rarely just about selling or buying a house, it's the reason behind the move and the helping to facilitate that goal is a real joy.

Why real estate? After years of marketing and developing restaurant concepts, Dave decided that the last thing that America needed was another chain restaurant. It was time to put his experience to use in another area. That only left one question...what?

He thought back to his undergraduate years at Duquesne University where he became involved in an urban renewal project on the North Side of Pittsburgh. He fell in love with the homes and found that he had a talent for turning these run-down Victorians into desired luxury properties. Dave's neighbors and friends said that he should go into real estate. He laughed it off as his sights were set on corporate America.

Cut to the late 90's Florida. Here he is, still renovating old houses, still involved in his neighborhood and fed up with the confines of corporate America. Along comes Keller Williams Realty, a corporate structure that believes the sky is the limit when it comes to marketing, endless training opportunities, and the culture of doing the right thing. Dave decided to put his love of homes, his passion for excellent customer service and his creativity for cutting-edge and internet marketing techniques to work for himself. Coupled with the power of Keller Williams Realty, Dave brings an outstanding combination to the South Florida marketplace.
