Dave has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and joined @properties in 2008. He recognizes that buying or selling a home is most likely the largest and most stressful financial decision a person will ever make and he represents every client with understanding and expertise to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transaction.
Dave grew up in the Oak Park/River Forest area and has been a resident of numerous Chicago neighborhoods including Bucktown, Wicker Park, Old Town, Lincoln Park and Lakeview. Daves keen understanding of the various neighborhoods benefits those who are new to the city as well as those who are not.
Daves objective is to ensure the process of buying or selling a home is handled professionally from start to finish and he walks his clients through this process step by step with patience and knowledge. His clients include first time buyers, investors, rehabbers and sellers at all price points, in all neighborhoods and for all types of properties (condos, single family homes and multi-unit buildings).
He approaches working with buyers as an educator, helping clients understand the complexities involved both before and after finding their dream home. He provides informed and trustworthy guidance during this process, understanding the importance of buyers having an advocate by their side.
When working with sellers Dave knows the importance of top-notch marketing (the reason he joined @properties) and communication. He is versed on market conditions, pricing analysis and values, home staging and the importance of keeping sellers involved every step of the way.
