Dave grew up in a real estate. His parents, both with Arvida- built, listed, and sold homes throughout Georgia and North Carolina. His mother was a top new communities’ agent for Arvida, and his father was a builder/broker. While in his schooling years he worked for his parents at such communities as The Country Club of Roswell, Eagle Watch, Waters Edge, and The Cullasaja Club in Highlands NC.
Upon graduation from Valdosta State University, he embarked on a life of travel. After five years and a path from The Outer Banks to Aspen Colorado with some Island hopping and world traveling in between he began his career in real estate in 1996.
Having sold hundreds of homes and a top producer in the business for twenty-two years now, he credits his success on repeat business and referrals from his past clients. A strong work ethic, accountability, and desire to create the best deals possible has been the reputation he strives for. With the knowledge that this is most people’s greatest investment, he treats every deal with highest level of importance.
