Dave Levinson

Dave arrived in Breckenridge on Christmas Eve 1992, and has been an active member of the community ever since. After earning a BA in History at the College of Wooster he made the move west and has never looked back.

Early on, his love for skiing and the mountains drove Dave to become a Ski Instructor for the Breckenridge Ski Resort. He ascended to staff trainer, and quickly appreciated the value of being committed to service and creating trust with his clients.

After graduating, his passion for Colorado coupled with a specialization in Marketing and Real Estate Development created a natural transition into the Breckenridge , Summit County, and Vail Valley Real Estate arena.

Dave has a broad understanding of the Real Estate Industry. In addition to sales, he also has an extensive background in construction, project management and design. Through a combination of skills and experience, Dave has been able to provide his clients exceptional service and professionalism. He still enjoys giving his passion back to folks who visit these beautiful mountains, the same passion that brought him here 30 years ago.
