Dave Lodin

Dave Dawar Lodin currently serves as the Broker of record and President. In his current role, Mr. Lodin is responsible for the company’s mission, vision, and day-to-day operations. Mr. Lodin’s goal is to facilitate the company’s expansion by recruiting and hiring real estate agents and loan officer in residential arena of the real estate market. He is tasked with the training and coaching of agents currently under Alliance Bay Realty’s employ. Through a unique partnership approach with agents of the company, Mr. Lodin, in coordination with the Marketing Director, helps agents formulate business plans that will enable them to build and maintain a profitable and lasting real estate business.
