There are many things to consider when choosing a
Realtor to list or market your home or help you
find the property that fits the needs of your family.

From my experience I know that many of us have
friends and family inthe real estate business, but it
is so important that they also are knowledgeable
and experienced, as well as available.!

I choose Dave Lyon for his knowledge of the real
estate market, his“Can do “ attitude, and his persistence!
He developed an intensive marketing plan to cover all
phases of my transaction. In the end , my home sold
quickly ,and his helpfulness extended to the day of the
closing and I beyond.! I couldn’t have chosen a better Realtor!

Dave was fantastic to work with! He listened to what we wanted in a home and worked with us to find the perfect fit! Dave was proactive in the search for places and was always sending us new and exciting offers to look at.
