About Dave

I decided to enter Real Estate because I wanted to market something that was REALLY IMPORTANT. I couldn't think of anything more important than helping someone BUY or Sell their house. The Real Estate transaction is "A LIFE CHANGING EVENT". As a Realtor I CAN and HAVE transformed many lives. I find this very satisfying. Truly, that is the most enjoyable part of Real Estate.

It has been an Honor to receive Connecticut Magazine's and Forbes Magazine's FIVE STAR SERVICE AWARD for past 8 consecutive years. Receiving THE FIVE STAR AWARD is emblematic of who I am and what I strive for. To be eligible for this Award you must be nominated by your past Clients. There is also vetting by Five Star in the form of a Phone interview and an on line questionnaire reviewing your past year. Less than 7% of Realtors receive this Award.

Through additional courses / education I've acquired several Real Estate Certifications / Designations including The C.R.S. Designation. The C.R.S. is perhaps the most respected of all. To acquire your C.R.S. Designation a Realtor is required to have a minimum of 75 residential Real Estate transactions. Hence,any Realtor that holds this Designation is automatically assuring their Client that they a great deal of experience. This is in addition to 64 credits of classroom courses.

I truly cannot say enough good things about David MacLennan. I transfer quite a bit for work and I always turn to David to help me find the right and perfect spot-since 2010. David is a professional people! In a world where it seems anyone can get their Realestate license choose someone who knows the market and really seems to care about the work he does. I was in the process of purchasing my home. And so I called two Realtors to ask a few basic questions.

However, because I did not want to settle with the first response that they gave to me I decided to continue with my search and that’s when called David( I must mention that I was making random calls) and so when I spoke with David even though I was only asking basic questions to begin my house hunting process the information that he gave me was so valuable, he added lots valve to his response.

He did not sound like a sales person he answered me in a way that tells me that, whether I work with him or not I would leave been more knowledgeable in my home hunting process.

So immediately I knew that I would have him as my Realtor and a week later we began the process. And though out the process I felt like he was always looking out for my best interest by responding to me quickly and accommodating my hectic schedule 😊. And yes I closed on my home 😊😊😊.

I will definitely work with him again and also refer others to him 😊😊.
