Dave Meissner has been a broker for more than twenty years and helped co-found Paragon in 1995. He purchased his first rental property in 1980 and since then has developed and built three apartment buildings. Currently, he is working on a fourth project, a twenty-story high rise building in downtown Bellevue with 157 units.
Dave grew up in a family that was ingrained in the apartment industry. He watched and took notes as his father invested in apartment buildings and developed several new ones in the Los Angeles area. Dave’s knowledge and appreciation for apartments only grew over time and lead him towards a career as a real estate broker specializing in them.
Dave believes the process of buying and selling apartment buildings has to be fun. Transactions can be difficult. Dave wants the entire process to be hassle-free for his clients, but he is always completely focused on getting the best possible result for them. His attention to detail and his business tenacity ensures a smooth transaction and a profitable one for his clients. Clients recognize him as a consummate professional and deem him “the best in the business.” They acknowledge his efforts with repeat business and referrals.
Dave volunteered with the local YMCA for fifteen years, helping support a number of youth programs. Dave and his lovely wife have been married for twenty-eight years and have three beautiful daughters. As a family, they travel and explore new destinations. Dave is an avid sportsman and loves to spend time outdoors, whether it is in a forest, on a lake, or floating down a river.
