Originally from California, Dave has lived in Chicago for 30 years. He has spent his entire adult life with the primary focus of serving clients – whether owning his own small business in his early 20’s, as a district manager at a well-known car rental company, or 23 years working as a full-time residential realtor in the Chicago area. Dave’s business has been based almost entirely by referral and thrives on making sure every step of the process is handled enthusiastically and professionally. Dave has successfully helped over 500 clients buy, sell or invest in real estate. Dave is consistently ranked in the top 1% of all Illinois realtors in volume and/or exceptional service.
