This review is long overdue. I met Dave in 2006 and have worked with him (again & again) ever since. To this very day, whenever I have a question about a property or when I need a local / reputable contractor (from movers, to lenders, hvac guys, etc) Dave is my go-to real estate professional in North Scottsdale. Very funny/quick witted yet serious, creative, and strong negotiator that responds within minutes…. I do not know if Dave is better than google but- let’s just say- that for anything from quick answers to community knowledge to market activity – I reach out to him first. After all these years, I still feel that Dave is the top buyers and seller’s agents in the industry. Period.

Dave spent time learning what we were looking for. We toured a handful of homes on our first trip to town. After that, Dave forwarded to us on a daily basis new and revised listings in the geography and price range where we were interested. Dave used our reactions to these daily updates to better understand our objectives -- our strong preferences both for and against types of homes. By the time of our second trip to look (6 weeks after first trip), Dave identified a home he felt we would love, and also set up a tour of other homes. His intuition was exactly correct -- we ended up making an offer and purchasing the home. Dave was also an excellent strategist on negotiation, which was important as we found ourselves in a bidding war with 3 or 4 other bidders. Dave was also very helpful during our due diligence period, helping with the inspection and arranging for repair contractors to provide pricing estimates on things the seller was not willing to undertake. All in all, we have been extremely satisfied with Dave's representation of our interests, and feel he helped us purchase a great home for us!
