Dave Patton

Dave Patton started his real estate career in the mountains of North Georgia, helping clients buy and sell luxury homes. He was a multimillion dollar top producer there for four years and served on the board of the local real estate commission before moving to Alabama in 2022. He has spent his entire real estate career serving the special real estate needs of seniors. He provides them a wide range of services beyond just selling or buying homes. He also manages the entire process of downsizing or transitioning from home ownership to senior living communities. He has helped numerous families, including his own parents, minimize the stressful processes involved.
Dave is the only Realtor in Alabama accredited by the Seniors Real Estate Institute as a Certified Seniors Home Professional.
Dave is a senior himself. He knows how to relate to and communicate with other seniors. He is passionate about serving seniors and volunteers at his local seniors center, where he serves on the Advisory Board as Treasurer. He also serves on the Downtown Hoover Redevelopment Authority. He lives in a 55+ community in Hoover, Alabama where he provides a number of free services to his neighbors. He is the local expert on senior housing in Hoover, Al.
Dave previously was a market strategy consultant and executive in the IT sector. He has a bachelors degree in business and an MBA.
