My wife and I were first time home buyers. After having dealing with a few different realtors and not getting the results we expected, a friend recommended we reach out to Dave Smith. Since our first meeting with him, we knew we had made the right decision choosing him and his team. Being first time home buyers, we had a million different questions from zoning to everything the buying process entailed. Dave answered everything without batting an eye literally any time of the day. If he didn’t have the answer right away he would reach out to whomever the question pertained to and get us an answer within minutes. We cannot say thank you enough Dave. He goes above and beyond to take care of his clients. Even after we closed Dave continued to reach out and made sure everything is ok on our end. He single handedly helped our dreams become a reality. If we ever sell or purchase again in the future Dave will always be our go to!

Dave and Paige are the best realtors you could get, we had the best experience with them both, we worked mostly with Dave, but Paige was there to show us homes when Dave was busy and that was awesome. They work 7 days a week and all day long for their clients.. when they are showing you homes or working with you, you'll never feel rushed or pushed into making a decision you're not comfortable with and you will never see them pull their phones out to take a call/text unless it's in your benefit.
If you want someone to be straight up and honest and not sugar coat things then Dave is the perfect guy for you, he told us when a house was no good or when he thought we had a winner. You won't ever feel like they are just here to make money, they honestly care about making this experience easy and stress-free. It also helps that Dave is absolutely hilarious and had us laughing our heads off 95% of the time. We loved that Dave also has so much knowledge of things you would never even think to ask. We were buying our first home and we were very worried about this process and I dont think it could have gone any smoother. They did absolutely everything to get us the best deal and the best house for us and im very excited to work with them again one day whenever we decide to move onto the next house!
