Dave was amazing in helping us prepare my Dad's house to sell. He had contacts for all work that we needed to do to get the property on the market. The house needed a lot of work before listing it. Dave was a go-to guy for all of our questions. If he didn't have the answer he always knew someone who did. Dave is a great guy who genuinely throws himself into the project at hand and sees it through to completion. I couldn't imagine getting through everything without him. HIGHLY recommended!!!!

We used Dave for the sale of a home while simultaneously purchasing a home . Dave was thorough in making sure all our needs were met. He was diligent in getting us to look at the home we wanted (with minimal notice), and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were looking at a home that had multiple offers including a cash offer, and Dave helped us craft an offer that appealed to the seller and ultimately led to our offer being selected. Dave was the realtor for selling our lovely home of 24 years, and purchasing a new one. Working with Dave, my husband and I felt that our house was priced right by using realistic comps, and we were appreciative of his suggestions for enhancing our place for more appeal. We had a legitimate offer at asking price, on the very first day of showing! Whenever we had any questions and/or concerns, Dave was very easy to reach, or he would promptly respond to our appeals. Selling your long time home is stressful, but we felt that Dave helped alleviate that angst by providing answers to questions, being positive in his attitude, and just being a friend.
