It’s hard to express how fantastic Dave is not only as a realtor but as a person! In 2009 I bought my house in Runnemede using Dave as my realtor. The process was smooth and streamlined and he made my first home buying experience easy and painless.
Fast forward to 2022 and it was time to sell my first home. There was no one else to use but Dave. This time around things were not as easy to no fault of Dave’s. We had 2 buyers back out before closing. Dave went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Typing that does not do him justice on how far above and beyond and at what lengths he went to make sure things on my end stayed on track. His communication was impeccable. He kept me up to date on every little detail and when I asked for advice he advised me in the correct direction to move things forward.
I will not hesitate to use Dave again and again. His knowledge in the housing market shows in how he moves and makes decisions.

Dave sold our house in Runnemede. This was our first time selling a house and he made the entire process very easy. His photos were terrific! In 24 hours we had multiple offers and double digit offers in 4 days.We were under contract in less then a week and were way above asking price. I had to sell my mother's house. She suffers from dementia and I am her POA. I live 90 miles away from the property. Needless to say, mentally, I was not in the best place. I found Dave via a google search. I explained my situation to him. He made me feel at ease. Looked at the house, discussed the comps and presented a listing price. He wanted to know if I was comfortable with the price he presented (I was...very). Just the fact that he was concerned with how I felt, let me know that I could trust him to do what's best.
Dave was honest, straight forward and professional throughout the entire process. He knew how to market the house. The pictures and write up on the real estate websites were excellent. He listed the house on Friday. By Tuesday we had an offer 20k over asking. He walked me through the entire settlement process, talked me off the edge during one stressful moment in the process, and was just an overall great guy. It was a pleasure working with him. I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking to sell or buy a house.

When I was ready to list my home, he came and took amazing, professional pictures (I didn't even recognize my own house). My home was sold in ONE week.

Buying a home during pandemic was one of the most stressful moment of my life. Dave navigate the buying process as best as possible, my wife and I we saw dozens of houses and got out bid just as many. There were multiple times that I showed my frustration to him, and every time he did his best to calm me down. To be perfectly honest, I wanted walk away from buying a new home but Dave got me through it all!
