Dave Terdy loves people, has a great sense of humor and usually has a story to share. The lure of the beautiful Monterey Peninsula brought Dave Terdy west. Now a Carmel and Carmel Valley resident for 25 years, Dave is a successful broker associate representing sellers and buyers, enthusiastically approaching every listing or sale with energy and focus. Dave’s roots are in Illinois where he earned a degree in economics from Northwestern University. Then, through sales management, he turned a small Chicago food service company into a multimillion dollar concern; learning solutions-based approaches and successfully facing the challenges of growing a company. His experience with management, marketing, sales and negotiation definitely benefits his real estate clients.
