About Dave

Dave Wagler is the Broker and co-owner of Sunset Realty. He obtained his real estate license in August 2012, and his broker’s license in August of 2014. Dave and partner, Laura Kemble opened Sunset Realty in February 2019. From 2012 to 2019, Dave worked as a Realtor at Lake Panorama Realty and prior to that, he was an estimator with McAninch Corporation for 20 years. Upon graduation from Hawkeye Institute of Technology with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Dave worked for the Polk County Engineers Department as an engineering technician.

Living in the rural Panora and Lake Panorama area since 2002, Dave enjoys home improvement projects and woodworking along with golfing and biking. Dave loves spending time with his family and friends. He and his wife Shanell have grown children, a son, a daughter, and a son-in-law.
