Guthrie Center Golf Course is a great spot to spend time just outside of the neighborhood’s central boundaries and is known for its well-kept fairways and challenging holes. On the neighborhood’s west side, Mitchell Park is a small spot with onsite tennis and basketball courts. Guthrie County Fair brings residents together for music and a carnival
Every year towards the end of summer, the Guthrie County Fair brings together the community for a celebration of life in this rural region, as well as live music, a free carnival, rodeo, tractor pull, parade and plenty of opportunities to try delicious homemade dishes. Hosted on the city’s Guthrie County Fairgrounds, residents of Guthrie Center are so close they can walk.
