It is my absolute pleasure to write a review of working with Dave! I don't give 5-Star reviews lightly, but working with Dave was absolutely amazing all the way through. I was a first-time home buyer. I had spent 2 years working on my credit in hopes of finding a place to call home for my significant other, my son and our fur babies. I was completely clueless coming into my housing search. Dave made it easy! He helped connect me to get approval for my loan and was so supportive and thorough during the process, answering the millions of questions I had! He was diligent in actively searching for the things I was looking for in our dream home! I was looking in a market that wasn't exactly friendly to a first-time home buyer. Many homes were being sold quickly and over market price. Dave never stopped looking and updating me when homes became available. He made sure he was always flexible to my schedule for going out to view homes I was interested in. After a few months of actively searching, Dave came across what became our beautiful new home! He took every step with me in the process. When it came to putting in our offer, he made sure to cover all the bases. He made sure we made a solid offer to stand out from the rest without going out of our means and it worked! Once in contract, he helped us navigate through the inspection process and assisted with negotiations between us and the seller. In a market as challenging as it has been over the last year, your realtor truly makes the difference! Dave is kind, flexible, professional and thorough! I could list so many more qualities! We just celebrated our 1st year anniversary of our new home a few months ago and I'm still absolutely in love! It takes a while to turn a house into a home, merging two families into one but I have absolutely enjoyed making it our own. I just wanted to take the time to truly advocate and show my appreciation to Dave. None of it would have been possible without him! I highly recommend working with Dave. As a seller, I appreciated the research he brought to our conversations and deliberations about preparing the house for sale and different pricing strategies. He responded to all of my questions extraordinarily quickly (I was the slow one sometimes!). Dave prepared my family for different possibilities in a changing market, so there were no surprises. At the end of the process, his pricing strategy paid off. We couldn’t be happier.

On a side note, he is a joy to know and work with. The home buying and selling processes can be incredibly stressful. Dave’s kindness, patience, and empathetic demeanor helped make this a good experience.

Dave is one of the most genuine, professional, and enthusiastic people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. His drive to make sure we find exactly what we wanted was unmatched.

Dave also has excellent communication skills. There wasn't a time of day or question he wasn't able to handle, and he consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our desires.

David helped me sell my house in September of 2022. He was more than an agent, he was a friend and mentor during this process. His knowledge of the real estate market and its current conditions are encyclopedic. David helped me create a strategy and detailed plans to get the most out of my house which was just what I needed. He is extremely adaptable in addressing your needs. He even stopped by one day while I was moving and helped me move a spare refrigerator and some other heavy furniture around. What other real estate agents will do that for you?

I would heartily endorse David to buy or sell your next house. He is hard working and will definitely go the extra mile.

It’s because of his true deep knowledge and also good hearted nature that I trusted Dave to help guide me into my new home. Dave was such an incredible guide as we navigated finding and buying our forever home in a crazy housing market, and selling our home plus two rental properties. Needless to say, this was a stressful process, but Dave made it so much easier. Dave is exactly what we needed in a realtor. High energy and tenacious. He was always quickly responsive to our questions at any time day or night. He worked for us on weekends and evenings contacting listing agents to make sure we landed the home we've always wanted.
