David started his real estate career in 2003 in Texas and moved to California in 2013. With multiple sales teams in different markets, he provides a broad experience on multiple markets that benefits all his clients when investing, acquiring and disposing of any asset. David's primary focus is on real estate development and apartment buildings in Los Angeles, duplex, triplex and more. David is known for maximizing value for his clients through his hard work, honesty, and integrity. He is involved in every step of the transaction, from underwriting and determining property value, preparing detailed marketing packages, and qualifying buyers through aggressive marketing efforts, to coordinating all inspections, securing financing when needed, and ultimately closing escrow.

In his spare time David enjoys spending time with his friends and family, playing music, traveling and trying new things.
