I live out-of-state and reached out via the internet to several realtors when I began searching for a property in Maryland. David was the first one to respond and did so immediately. From taking my daughter on a tour of several properties to providing us with virtual tours to setting me up with a lender, David has been informative, gracious, attentive without being pushy and always on top of the market. Very impressed!!

David is a superior agent who shows his low end clients the same level of attention and support he does for the high end clients. He was proactive and present with me during the multiple months it took to find a property and secure a mortgage. David was also very responsive via text, cell, & email to my many questions and concerns over the course of those months. As a first time homebuyer with multiple constraints, David showed me remarkable patience and provided outstanding assistance every step of the way. And has even availed himself for questions after closing which shows how dedicated he is to clients. He is a seasoned, sincere, honest agent who I would highly recommend. Bringing a well balanced approach between understanding someone's unique needs while also tailoring his professional strategy to each individual client. He not only brings a youthful energy (which I vibed with and could relate to) but also has many years of real estate experience under his belt. David is the real deal and I am very grateful to have had him in my corner!

I was so happy my brother recommended David to me!

He is so knowledgeable about the Real Estate Market in Maryland.
I had a rental property to sell. David made the sell of my rental property very smooth. He walked me through very step and I was so happy to have the property sold in less than 30 days!!
