My passion is for real estate stems from my childhood when my Uncle BG owned a real estate firm in the small town of Manning South Carolina. I always had an affinity for the business and kept in tune with the market. In 1995 I graduated from Coastal Carolina University and shortly thereafter decided to become a licensed Realtor. I worked in both the restaurant business and real estate for a while before going into restaurant management and sidelining my real estate career. Fast forward 18 years and I had the opportunity to go back into real estate business without the distractions of a second job. I love helping people find homes and since 2015 it has been my only focus. I have had a lot of success in my real estate career. I specialize in single family homes but I also have extensive experience in land sales, investment properties that generate passive income, vacation properties as well as commercial real estate sales and leasing.
