David Allison was born and raised Chesapeake, VA. He is a proud class of 1995 graduate of Great Bridge High School and always knew that he wanted to stay in the area. After a 15 year career in the automotive industry, he wanted to make a career move that would allow him to work in the area of Hampton Roads he grew up in, as well as providing more for his family. In 2014, David obtained his Virginia Real Estate License. From the beginning of his real estate career, he has enjoyed working as a Keller Williams affiliate. David loves the training KW provides their agents as well as the culture of the company. He truly believes their cutting edge technology is the forefront of the industry.

During his time as an agent, David has taken advantage of his homegrown roots. He has built strong connections with several local businesses in and out of the industry. Early in his real estate career, he sold several homes for a local builder, Ultimate Homes. The owners of Ultimate Homes are also Great Bridge graduates as well as their trusted loan officer. It was only natural that with the success David had selling their homes that they would bring him on to be their head of sales.
